    Morning,

    I have read the case and I am amazed that in this day and age a safety representative could be treated this way. It says a lot about the college and their attitude to health and safety and having read Penny’s report one can see why the college tried to gag her by sacking her. I would like to offer my support to Penny and encourage her to beat the college and win this case.
